Map trends and provide reports on various medical schemes
Support quality assurance of health care providers
Support case management – maintain trackers for proactive intervention, reporting and cost management
Enforce claims management SLAs and manage relationship with vendors
Implement innovative ideas on bill management and guide management/educate staff on measures that will reverse negative trends
Support prompt resolution of staff issues
Support International evacuation of employees and dependants when applicable

Requirements
- 3 – 7 years of work experience from a reputable organisation
- Experience in claims management
- At least Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
